These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Good Bones Relationships website and your participation in our programs, including the 30 Days Closer challenge. Good Bones Relationships, LLC ("Good Bones," "we," "us," or "our") provides these services. By using our website or registering for a program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can participate
Our programs are for adults 18 and older. By registering, you confirm that you and your partner are at least 18 years old.
2. Registration and payment
One registration covers one couple. Prices are listed at the time of registration and are charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. Your registration is confirmed once payment is complete.
Promotional or founding-couple pricing applies only to the program and dates listed at the time of purchase.
3. Refunds and cancellations
You may request a full refund until registration closes for your program. After registration closes, payments are non-refundable, including if you do not complete the program. To request a refund, contact us at info@goodbonesrelationships.com.
If we cancel or reschedule a program, we will offer you a full refund or a place in a future program.
4. Not counseling or therapy
Our programs are coaching and relationship-enrichment experiences. They are not counseling, therapy, medical care, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for professional help. Our hosts are relationship coaches, not licensed mental health providers.
If you are experiencing abuse, thoughts of harming yourself or others, addiction, or another serious concern, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
You are responsible for your own choices and actions during and after any program. Participation is voluntary, and you may skip any prompt or activity that does not feel right for you.
5. Private group guidelines
Some programs include a private online group hosted on a third-party platform such as BAND. By joining, you agree to:

Keep what other couples share in the group confidential

Treat everyone with kindness and respect

Not post harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or unlawful content

Not advertise or sell products or services to other members
We may remove posts or remove participants from the group, without a refund, if these guidelines are not followed. Your use of a third-party platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Messages from us
If you choose to receive program messages by text, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Good Bones related to your program. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to make a purchase.
We may also send program updates by email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.
7. Our content
All program materials, including prompts, affirmations, guides, designs, and website content, belong to Good Bones Relationships, LLC. They are for your personal, non-commercial use as a participant. Please do not copy, share, sell, or distribute them without our written permission.
8. Feedback and testimonials
We may invite you to share feedback. We will only publish your testimonial or name with your permission, and you may withdraw permission at any time by contacting us.
9. Limitation of liability
Our website and programs are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular outcome for your relationship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Bones Relationships, LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
